If your handset develops a fault or gets damaged in any way, you are able to return it to the manufacturer for a warrantly repair. Alternatively, we can take the warranty repair on your behalf. Please follow our process below. We have a nominal charge that covers our administration and postage costs. Typical repair time is 10 working days.

Stage 1 – Back up all data on the Handset. Many repairs result in the handset being reprogrammed. Simplisity has a remote back up service if required.
Stage 2 – Make sure it is unlocked. Ensure that any keyboard locks are disabled
Stage 2 – Remove your SIM card and memory card from the phone. Keep them safe. These are not needed for the repair. Only send the charger when the fault is charging related.
Stage 3 – Complete our form and print. Please sign at the bottom. Double check it is complete.
Stage 4 – Package your phone securely to prevent loss or damage whilst in transit. If it is expensive insure the value whilst in transit.

Stage 6 – When it arrives at Simplisity, your phone will be assessed and checked for warranty. If the repair is out of warranty, a member of our team will contact you about the costs of repair.
